Door Supervision

The Akuro Limited course is for those currently working as a Door Supervisor or those wishing to begin work as a Door Supervisor.

Static Guarding

The Akuro Limited course is for those currently working as a Security Guard or those wishing to begin working as a Security Guard.

Retail Guarding

The Akuro Limited course is for those currently working as a Retail Officer or those wishing to begin working as a Retail Officer.

Security NVQ

The Level 2 NVQ In Providing Security Services covers door supervision, static guarding, retail officer, events security and CCTV operation

Akuro Limited has a proven track record in delivering training for the security industry. Akuro and its partners trained over 8,000 employees in security-related courses since 2003. Akuro Limited is a lead training provider for Security training.

We’ve worked in partnership with Skills for Security and, most recently, with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to provide the latest training that aims to raise standards of professionalism and skills within the private security industry and to promote best practice.

First Aid

The course has been adapted to suit the particular needs of the security industry. The holders of this certificate can be used as first aiders in the workplace in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act.

Qualifications
We are now recruiting for three SIA approved courses.

NOCN Level 2 Award in Static Guarding - 4 day course - £150 subject to eligibility *
NOCN Level 2 Award in Door Supervision - 4 day course - £150 subject to eligibility *
NOCN Level 2 Award in Retail Guarding - 4 day course - £150 subject to eligibility *
NOCN Level 2 Award in CCTV Operations - 4 day course - £250 subject to eligibility *

* Prices cover registration and examination fees.

You will be required to undertake a basic skills assessment before acceptance on to this course. The assessment has been organised to improve chances of your success.

Bespoke - 'In house' training can also be arranged subject to minimum number of delegates or a fixed fee.
